Fluid-Bed Dryer (Fg-120):
These series of fluid bed dryers are applicable in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, chemical, food and light industries to dry granular materials, especially big sized granules. The sizes of granules can be from 100um to 6mm.
Both the upper and lower parts of the machine's hopper adopt inflatable seal. Negative pressure is produced in the cylinder by using a centrifugal blower. The cool air from which dusts and micro-particles are removed by a filter; thus, enters the air heat exchanger to be heated. Through the gas distributing plate in the hopper, the heated air makes the whole granule layer remain in an ebullient state. The stirring paddle stir all big granules in the cylinder. Finally, the moist air flow will be discharged through a device which lets moist air flow pass, but blocks the dry granules and little quantity of fine powder produced due to impact.
All parts are constructed with high quality stainless steel to meet the gmp standard. A complete set-up, installations and training is provided upon request.
