SD-CTGF-1880 equipment is mainly composed of ultrasonic bottle-washing machine, one-hundred-tunnel oven, and multi-head following filling machine, multi-head circumrotating lid-rolling machine, packing platform, controlling system and transporting
system. It can produce automatically alone and be installed regarding area, level and connection according to the requirements of GMP. The auto-production can finish more than 20 procedures, such as the auto-bottle-setting, water-rinsing, gas-rinsing, heat-laminar-flowing drying and sterilization, cooling, pouring filling, rolling accounting and packaging. It can form a complete set of production line with the lamp-checking machine and label-attaching machine according to client's requirement.
Main characteristics of its function:
1) In-and-out-bottle screw of the washing-bottle machine uses oil nylon as its
material, which can protect the bottles against breaking effectively
2) Tunnel oven uses heating pipe with stainless steel, hot-wind cycling and
100-grade highly effective filter
3) Filling: tacking style, easy to adjust and wash
4) Changing of few parts can meet the production of many specifications, and the
changing is simple and easy
5) PLC control, and the whole set of machine and a solo machine can be controlled
and operated independently
